But, honestly, no one’s chatting about the mental circus happening inside your head, right? The truth is that your emotions are in control more than you probably realize. 

  

So, what’s up with emotional health?   

Basically, it’s about how you deal with feelings good, bad, ugly-cry-in-the-bathroom, whatever. It’s how you handle stress, talk to people, and survive the everyday madness. But here’s where we all mess up: we pretend emotions don’t impact our bodies. Spoiler alert they absolutely do. If you’re always stressed, angry, or bummed out, your body’s gonna freak out eventually. We’re talking headaches, high blood pressure, belly issues, the works. Not fun.
